This is the most wonderful home. The manager and members of staff are very welcoming and caring, nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are extremely kind, warm and caring. Mum loves it there. Mum was reluctant to move to a care home, but once she visited Mansfield Manor she was won over by the impressive facilities and friendly staff. She soon made friends among the other residents, usually sharing a table together at mealtimes. She enjoyed walking the corridor for exercise, participating in group activities and meeting other residents and staff (whom she often hugged – a reflection of the kindness they showed to her). I know Mum was well cared for there and treated with love and respect.
